We are at a pivotal moment in time for our organisation, and for the world.
As an organisation we have an opportunity to transform into something fresh and new and to align ourselves with what the world needs now.

How would your life be different, if your voice was heard as you joined conversations about the future of Woman Within at this pivotal moment in time?

How would Woman Within evolve if you brought your wisdom, your inner leader and inner knowing to the conversations?

We are the ones we have been waiting for, to make what we offer even more magnificent for women everywhere.

Based on feedback from the 2021 Community Survey we are inviting you to envision and co-create our future as we move into a new paradigm for Woman Within.

How would your life be different?

Join in a series of conversations,
woman to woman to woman.

Purpose

Woman Within as an organisation is an international community of women. Woman Within, the organisation cannot change unless we ourselves are willing to change, evolve and grow. If we remain stuck in our current mindsets, fears and limiting beliefs, the organisation WW will remain the same. We have to transform ourselves in order to transform the organisation. We need to be the change we want to see in the organisation.

Through these Global Leadership Conversations our wish is to create a space to explore and understand together:

  • GLC 1: September
How we got to where we are now

  • GLC 2: October
Open up space to bring in the future of Woman Within, as well as our future selves as part of Woman Within

  • GLC 3: November
Identify what we need to leave behind or let go of

  • GLC 4: December
Create an inspiring pathway forward, so we can be magnetized by our future vision, and become excited and enthusiastic at the idea of making our vision happen together

“We desperately need more leaders who are committed to courageous, wholehearted leadership, and who are self-aware enough to lead from their hearts, rather than unevolved leaders who lead from hurt and fear.”
