Coaching includes

  • Woman Within Coaching Welcome Pack

  • Initial Intake session

  • A personalized coaching proposal and plan

  • 50 minute coaching sessions conducted by phone, Zoom, Skype or in person

If you choose to sign up for coaching then return to their coaching page to book a single session ($125) or a package of 6 sessions ($650).

Self Defense for Mind and Body”, and subsequently through her involvement in Woman Within as a Facilitator, Trainer, Presenter, Speaker, Board Member, and Woman Within Coach. I am a Woman Within Facilitator 3, Skills workshop Presenter and Leader, Woman Within Western USA Circle Guide, and an International Association of Coaching (IAC) Masteries Practitioner.
