After attending open circles for over a year, Nandita was initiated at the Woman Within Weekend in Julian, CA in 2019. Her first experience as a staff member was exactly a year later at the same location. Nandita grew up in India and was taught how to meditate as a child. She has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 50 years. She lives in San Diego with her husband, three children and spiritual guru (her dog, Daku)
